Terms of Service

These Terms of Service explain how you may use the Cloaking House traffic cloaking platform, dashboard and related services.

Last updated: December 6, 2025

By accessing or using Cloaking House (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not register, access or use the Service.

1. About Cloaking House

Cloaking House is a cloud-based traffic cloaking platform designed for media buyers, affiliates and marketing teams. The Service helps filter visits, separate bots and reviewers from real users and route traffic to different pages according to rules you configure.

Cloaking House does not provide traffic, creative materials or legal advice. You are responsible for how you use the Service and for the content you promote.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

  • You must be able to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your country.
  • You must provide accurate contact information and keep your account details up to date.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Cloaking House in any way that violates applicable laws, rules or regulations or the policies of your traffic sources (for example, ad networks, affiliate programs or partners).

In particular, you must not:

  • Use Cloaking House to distribute malware, phishing pages or other harmful content.
  • Use the Service for content that is clearly illegal in the target GEOs.
  • Attempt to attack, overload or reverse engineer the Service infrastructure.
  • Resell access to Cloaking House without our written permission.

4. Traffic Cloaking Risks

Cloaking always carries some risk for your ad accounts and campaigns because traffic sources may change their policies, detection methods and enforcement at any time.

Cloaking House provides tools and settings to help you control how traffic is filtered, but we cannot guarantee that your ad accounts will never be limited, penalized or suspended. You decide how aggressively to cloak and which funnels to run.

5. Plans, Billing & Refunds

  • Plans are billed in USD using supported payment methods shown in your dashboard.
  • Depending on the plan, you may be charged monthly, yearly or according to usage limits.
  • If a payment fails, we may suspend access to the Service until the issue is resolved.

If you experience a technical issue on the Cloaking House side that prevents normal use, you can contact support with details. We will review each case and may offer a partial or full refund at our discretion, according to our refund practices.

6. Intellectual Property

The Cloaking House brand, logo, dashboard design, documentation and underlying technology are owned or licensed by us and protected by copyright and other rights.

You retain rights to your own content, campaigns and landing pages. You grant us a limited license to process and store that content only as needed to provide the Service.

7. Data & Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data, logs and other information when you use Cloaking House. By using the Service you also agree to the Privacy Policy.

8. Service Changes & Availability

We may update, improve or remove features of Cloaking House over time. We aim to provide stable uptime, but the Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We may suspend or limit access if we reasonably believe there is security risk, abuse, non-payment or violation of these Terms.

9. Disclaimers

Cloaking House does not guarantee specific results, approvals, ROI or income. Your campaign performance depends on many factors outside our control, including your funnels, creatives, offers, GEOs and traffic sources.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent allowed by law, Cloaking House and its owners, employees and partners will not be liable for:

  • Lost profits, lost revenue or loss of business opportunities.
  • Indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
  • Any loss related to ad account bans, campaign rejections or enforcement actions by third parties.

Where liability cannot be fully excluded, it will be limited to the fees you paid to use the Service in the last three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when they were last changed. If changes are significant, we may also notify you via the dashboard or email.

If you continue using Cloaking House after the updated Terms become effective, you are accepting the new version.

12. Contact

If you have questions about these Terms or about using Cloaking House, you can contact our team using the support details shown in your dashboard or on the main website.
